Do you prescribe meal plans?

  • Nope. I believe meal plans are unhealthy and unsustainable. They are not educational and tend to be boring. Once you’re done with your program, you won’t be able to sustain this way of living and in turn gain the weight you worked so hard to lose. I believe in educating my clients so that you can make choices that work for you for the long run.

Do you customize my training program?

  • If you pick the Total Transformation program, yes, I customize your training program depending on your progress. As you condition your body, your workouts will be more difficult depending on your ability. 

How do you go about customizing my personal program?

  • You will fill out a questionnaire once you sign up. Depending on numerous items such as age, weight, BMI, lifestyle and activity level I’ll customize a program to fit your lifestyle.

I’m very busy and don’t have hours to workout, will your programs work for me?

  • Yes! If you choose The Total Transformation program, I will customize your nutrition and training to fit with your lifestyle. My booty programs are 45 minutes to an hour long depending on your fitness level. 

Is your Bomb Booty program meant for beginners?

  • Yes, my booty programs are meant for beginner, intermediate, and advanced clients. You can make each exercise more or less challenging depending on your fitness level. 

Do you offer gym and home options?

  • Yes, the booty bundle program is perfect for you. Purchase the bundle and you’ll have access to 12 weeks of glute focused programming at your disposal. If you are doing the Total Transformation package, we can customize your training every week. If you can’t make it to the gym or are going on vacation, no problem, we will have a plan for you.

How do I contact you with any questions?

  • In the Total Transformation package, you have 24/7 access to Beyanka. If you’ve purchased the Bomb Booty programs, we will answer you within 24 hours. You can choose to email or send messages in the private community forum you will be a part of. 

What if I don’t have access to a gym, will your programs work for me?

YES! Bomb Booty 1.0 Home program is perfect for you, all you need are activation bands and a set of dumbbells. If you select The Total Transformation program, we can customize an at home workout for you based on the equipment you have or no equipment at all. 

Do you recommend supplements?

I don’t recommend supplements besides protein powder. Protein powder is a great way to meet your protein macronutrient and great for post workout. 

Refunds

What is your refund policy?

  • We do not offer refunds, as all of our products are digital, they are deemed "used" after download or opening. 

How old do you have to be to purchase a Product?

  • You need to be at least 18 years old to purchase a Product from Booty by Beyanka.

Do you guarantee results?

  • Booty by Beyanka does NOT guarantee results. Your results may vary, and you may not get the same results compared to someone else when using the Booty by Beyanka Products due to differences in your individual exercise history, genetics, and personal motivation/dedication. The end results you get will depend upon the individual and how much effort you put in.

What if I get injured while performing an exercise in your program?

  • As with any fitness program you assume certain risks to your health and safety. Any form of fitness program can cause injuries, and Booty by Beyanka is no exception. It is possible that you may become injured doing the exercises in your program, especially if they are done with poor form. Although thorough instruction is included on form for each exercise, realize that Booty by Beyanka (like any other exercise program) does involve a risk of injury. If you choose to participate in these risks, you do so of your own free will and accord, knowingly and voluntarily assuming all risks associated with such exercise activities.
