This program has saved me! Beyanka is thorough in her approach and has kept me accountable with regular check-ins and the nutrition plan in her total transformation package. I’ve managed to lose over 20 pounds and drop two sizes (while keeping my booty!), which is no small feat when dealing with both menopause and Covid in the same year!
