I am so excited that the Bomb Booty 1.0 program is finally here! I thought I’d write a blog that gives you information about a program I’ve put my blood, sweat, and tears into. I’m happy to see this shift in our culture, a culture that now embraces a woman's curves and strong physique. Booty size has become a real obsession. The widespread availability of implants, fat transfers, and padded underwear shows that people will do almost anything to get a bigger, rounder, lifted booty. My program only requires one thing from you...commitment! There are so many exercises you can do, but they aren’t necessarily programmed properly. I have been educating myself on gluteal development and what it takes. Long gone are the days of doing a few squats and deadlifts thinking you’re going to grow your glutes; we know better now.

Each Bomb Booty 1.0 program is a 6-week downloadable PDF, the booty bundle will give you a 12-week program. The plan changes every 2 weeks, this is so that we have time to promote muscle memory. Muscle memory simply means the ability to reproduce an exercise without thinking consciously about it, which is a result of frequency of repetition. The home-based program requires minimal equipment and you don’t require much space, only the size of a yoga mat. My programs have compound lifts, isolation exercises, variation of sets, reps, and tempos programmed to give you optimal results.
When you purchase this program, you also receive an Education Guide. This guide educates you on everything it takes to be successful from understanding the gluteal muscle, nutrition, planning your macros, mindset, energy balance, training fundamentals and so much more. I want you to feel confident and educated before you start your program. Honestly, I wish that I had this resource 7 years ago when I started my fitness journey. It would have helped me feel confident, and significantly less confused about the overload of information out there, oftentimes contradictory.
